Transportation Assistance Program

Bard’s Transportation Assistance Program aims to support high school juniors and seniors within the New York metro area and New York Capital Region who are unable to visit Bard College’s Annandale-on-Hudson, NY campus due to financial constraints.
While students must be able to get to either Moynihan Train Hall near Penn Station, or Albany-Rensselaer station depending on location (or any Amtrak stops in between) on their own, this program will provide meal accommodations, a train ticket and shuttle transportation to and from the train station. Once a request is submitted, the Bard Office of Admission will review it. The transportation assistance program is subject to transportation availability and eligibility requirements detailed further below:
